We Help Hotels was founded in Copenhagen by Jens Mathiasen, combining more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, sustainability and hotel development.
With a background in the hotel and travel industry, Jens has worked with guest experience, sports, hotel operations and sustainable innovation. Through many projects, he has helped businesses rethink spaces, services and the way resources create value.
Today, We Help Hotels works with hotels, resorts and destinations that want to strengthen their guest experience while becoming more sustainable and more connected to their local communities.
We believe the best hotels don't simply provide accommodation.
They create memorable experiences, take pride in their destination and make better use of the resources they already have.
Our role is to observe, rethink and help hotels turn practical ideas into visible improvements that guests notice and remember.
