This small beach bar already has what many hospitality businesses can only dream of: a beautiful location, an open view of the sea and guests passing directly in front of it.
What is less visible from the outside is the experience waiting behind the façade.
Using a simple photograph and AI, we created a quick visual scenario showing how the existing building could become more open, inviting and commercially active. The concept introduces an open bar, outdoor seating, warmer materials and planting—while retaining the informal character of the place.
The purpose is not to present a finished architectural solution.
It is to make the potential visible.
AI allows us to test several directions quickly:
- Should the bar open directly towards the beach?
- How much outdoor seating could be added?
- Should the expression be relaxed, premium or more local?
- Which changes would have the greatest effect on visibility and guest flow?
- What can be achieved without rebuilding the entire property?
Once a promising direction has been identified, the real work begins. We assess what can be retained, what needs to change, what permissions may be required and what the different improvements are likely to cost.
The process moves from observation to visual exploration—and then to a realistic plan for implementation.
