According to Danmarks Statestik ( The Statistics Institute in Denmark) we Danes had close to 4 mio. vacation trips with more than 4 days stay in 2022. We are a small country and maybe therefore we travel a lot. How many nights did you get from Danes in your hotel? Maybe with our help you can get a lot more. We think so. These numbers clearly show that Danes love travelling. Favorites destinations were in 2022, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Germany and Greece. With Austria as the favorite winter destination. 25 % of all stays were done by car, 65 % done with plane and then maybe also a rental car. 50 % stayed in hotels and 25 % in rental homes. My (Jens) prediction is that with the hot / burning summers in 2023, then the favorite destinations during summer for 2024 will change. People will start looking at more less warm countries. This might be your chance to get this new business but you need to be proactive.
